I have been drawn to working with children for as long as I can remember. In my early 20s, I accepted a position at a seasonal childcare center on a ski hill, which later led me to a similar role in a larger center on the opposite side of the world. Throughout my travels and work experiences, I realized that my passion lay in early childhood education, which inspired me to pursue my ECE training. I had the privilege of working in an inspiring early years center out East before i relocated West.

For over 20 years, I have been learning and evolving alongside children—deepening my understanding of child development, human connection, and the emotional world of young children. Throughout my career, I have been approached by countless parents seeking guidance, reassurance, and support in navigating the challenges of raising children.

Then, I became a mother.

My world exploded with love, challenges, and uncertainty. I suddenly understood, on a deeply personal level, the exhaustion, doubt, and overwhelm so many parents experience. Even with my education and experience, nothing could have fully prepared me for the magnitude of this journey.

This merging of my professional knowledge and lived experience as a parent set me on a path to support others. I know what it feels like to be stretched thin, to question yourself, and to want so deeply to parent with patience and presence but feel stuck in survival mode. I also know that with small shifts, deeper self-understanding, and a focus on connection, parenting can feel lighter, more joyful, and deeply fulfilling.

My approach is rooted in gentle, responsive, and compassionate parenting, with an emphasis on relational safety, emotional attunement, and play. I help parents move from frustration and uncertainty to confidence and connection—so they can show up as the parent they want to be and build lasting, meaningful relationships with their children.

Parenting is not about perfection. It’s about connection. And you don’t have to figure it all out alone.
