Hi, I'm Catherine.
For over 20 years, I’ve supported children and families as an early childhood educator, specializing in child development, emotional intelligence, and conscious, connection-based care.
But I’m also a mother of two—and nothing in my training fully prepared me for the intensity, the triggers, or the deep, aching desire to parent differently.
I’ve been where you are.
I know the longing for more peace, more presence, and more meaningful connection—with your child and with yourself.
I know how overwhelming it can feel to break old cycles and try to show up differently, with more intention than you were ever shown.
